Ceramic Art Lab
The ceramic art workshop
directed by Professor Sergio Rubini.
Il Mondo che Vorrei" organizes a ceramic art workshop led by Professor Sergio Rubini. The project stems from the study and research of ancient Canosan and Apulian ceramics. The workshop involves creating handcrafted pieces and teaches techniques such as wheel throwing, coiling, and slab building.
Natural slips and pigments are used, and participants learn the ancient techniques of turning and coloring. The unique ceramic pieces created range from reproductions of Apulian vases to home decor items, tableware, and sculptures.
